Safari Permit Payments – 100% payment at the time of booking; no refunds for or changes in safari bookings is possible.
Camera Fees are to be paid by the guest directly to the forest authorities at the entry gates of the Park.
Room Payments – 50% payment at the time of booking and balance 50% payment due 45 days before check-in date.
Guests are entitled to three meals per night as per American Plan. Meals consumed above/outside the package inclusions will be charged as per a la carte rates.
A la carte orders (beverage, in-room dining, snack etc.) or any other availed service (e.g. spa, laundry, nature shop purchases etc.) that are not part of package will be charged on actuals.
Children under 6 years can stay in the same room at no extra charges. Children 6 to 12 years, an amount of INR 2500 will be charged (stay, all meals, & extra bed included). For an Extra Adult or Child above 12 Years, an amount of INR 4000 will be charged (stay, all meals, & extra bed included).
Guest Staff can be offered Dormitory Accommodation, an amount of INR 250 will be chargeable per day.
Within 30 days or No Show – 100% cancellation.
30 days to 45 days – 50% cancellation.
45 days and above – 10% cancellation as banking and admin fee. Balance amount will be adjusted towards next booking.
Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
Long weekend and holiday bookings like New Year, Christmas, Holi and Diwali are non-refundable.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
The Check-in time is 2 pm and Check-out time is 1130 am.
Early check-ins and/or late check-outs need to be informed in advance and are subject to availability as well as extra charges.
SAFARI TERMS & CONDITIONS
Safari Permits (Normal Quota & Tatkal Premium Quota) for the reserve is subject to availability. The entry gates for safaris may change due to limitations of Park entrance and permits allocated to each gate.
Although we try our best to obtain the forest entry permits from Kolara Gate (closes to lodge); we cannot guarantee the same. In some cases permits are obtained for one of the other gates into the Park, for which travel time can be between 20 mins to 1 hour. The lodge provides transport between the lodge and the other gates at an additional charge.
Normal Safari Portal for all zones opens 120 days prior to safari date. Tatkal Safari Portal opens 3 days prior to safari date.
It is advised to plan the trip including reserving the room and planning the safaris at least six months before arrival to maximise availabilities. Tatkal Quota has primarily been introduced by the forest department for last minute trips or unexpected changes in safari plans and hence, has very limited permits.
No claims can be made in case of any strike / non-availability of the permit / unforeseen events, weather conditions etc.
Bookings for Safaris can be confirmed only on the basis of valid photo ID information provided in the stipulated timeframe.
It is mandatory for all the adult members to carry the original Photo ID (as provided for bookings of safari permits) during safaris, as they are checked at the Forest Entry Gates.
Jeep Safaris are made available on sharing basis where 1 Jeep can accommodate up to 6 Adults and 1 child unless exclusive safaris are pre-booked.
Jeeps and Guides are allocated by the forest department on a rotation basis as per new regulations of the Local Area Committee (LAC).
Safari charges include Permit Fee, Guide Fee, Gypsy Charges and Safari Kit only. If forest department increases the fees in-between the season, then the difference will be informed and collected at the Lodge.
Lodge Naturalist has to be booked in advance, extra charges as applicable.
Mobile Phones and Tablets are not permitted to be carried inside the forest.
Jeeps and Forest Guides are on a roster and assigned to Safaris on a rotation-basis.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Lodge has the right to change the package / inclusions / prices during long weekends, festive periods (like Christmas, Diwali, New Year, Holi, etc.) without any prior notice.
Package cannot be clubbed with any other promotional offer.
Periodic maintenance and renovation works may be scheduled on need basis between 1st of July and 30th September.

As we understand Covid-19 times are uncertain for everyone, we have amended our cancellation policy to offer flexibility to guests. The below policy is applicable for only Covid-19 cancellations*:
Covid-19 related Amendments/Postponement due to govt. policies possible till day of check-in. Incidental incurred charges if any e.g. taxi costs, doctor charges, etc. payable on actuals.
Covid-19 related Cancellation due to govt. policies, credit note for AP package valid for a period of 12-months from date of issuance. Safaris currently are not cancellable and will be subject to forest department decision. In case of favourable refund decision by the forest department, admin/banking charges will be applicable.
